Who We Are

Blane Johnson

Blane Johnson brings decades of leadership, local knowledge, and business experience to Incline House Cleaning, a Sun Bear Realty company. He has owned Sun Bear Realty for more than 25 years and later acquired Incline House Cleaning to expand the services offered to the community. After arriving in the Tahoe area in 1978 and settling here in 1988, Blane spent 22 years in the ski industry before building a successful real estate career. He has also served in local, state, and national Realtor leadership roles and was named Realtor of the Year in both Incline Village and Nevada.

Meredith Mall

Meredith Mall brings a thoughtful, capable, and service-driven approach to the team. Her background includes management, portrait photography, newborn hearing screening, EMT service, and studies in engineering and business – experience that gives her a practical and well-rounded perspective. Meredith returned to the Tahoe area in 2007 and has been with Sun Bear Realty for 17 years. She and her husband, Tom, enjoy life at Chickie Cove Farm, where she spends time raising chickens and gardening.

Luis Chavez

Luis Chavez is a lifelong Incline Village local with deep roots in the community and 10 years on the team. He earned a full-ride scholarship to Sierra Nevada College, where he studied accounting, and is known for his strong work ethic and local knowledge. Luis has also been active in the community through sports, including soccer at Incline High and a state championship team. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding and everything Tahoe has to offer.
